Elizabeth DiGennaro - Dealer Principal/General Manager
This is my dream job. There's no other way to say it. I feel incredibly fortunate because I love Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and I get to work with them day-in and day-out. I put my heart and soul into this dealership and constantly strive to lead our staff to be and do better. We are outfitted with the latest and greatest tools, stay on top of the technological advances that come our way, and take pride in calling ourselves professionals. You'll find a welcoming, family atmosphere in our store. And if you don't, come see me! Our dealership is focused on riding and having fun, while always riding safe. Our mission, is to supply our customers with the right bike, accessories and more, to make their own experience a dream come true.

I look forward to using my background and education to ensure that your experience with Bergen County Harley Davidson is nothing short of spectacular.
Charlie Hausler - Parts Manager
Charlie has been with Bergen County Harley-Davidson since 1984. Prior to joining us, he was in the USAF from 1968 to 1972. After the service and technical school, he spent eight years as a mechanic with American Airlines. For 25 years, he built and raced Harley-Davidson pro-stock motorcycles with his brother. Bergen County Harley-Davidson has been a sponsor for the last 15 years. During that time, they won seven World Championships and set over 75 world records.
Diane DiSavino - Rider Services Program Manager
I joined BCH-D motorclothes department in July 2006 on a part time basis, by then, I had been an FHA Mortgage Underwriter for more years than I will admit to and a motorcyclist for two years. I was having a great time on my 2005 Heritage Softail and I knew that I would enjoy working at the dealership. In January 2008, I left my full time career to join BCH-D as their Rider Edge/Rentals Program Manager. In April 2009 I completed the MSF Instructor Training Course and became a Certified Rider Coach. My mission here at BCH-D as Program Manager and Rider Coach is to make motorcycling safer and more enjoyable by ensuring access to lifelong quality education and training for current and prospective riders. My career transition and current work are even more fun than I had hoped, especially rewarding is seeing Rider Edge Graduates enjoy riding on the road.
William Robb - Business and Finance Manager
